Was fun to have the GD trio back together after a few weeks of folks traveling. A very energetic show packed with great information on the many health benefits and uses for coconut oil, how to dye your hair naturally from stuff in your refrigerator and an excellent interview with Prescott Frost, organic rancher, and sustainable farming advocate (who also happens to be great grandson of poet Robert Frost - yes, we even read some Robert Frost poetry).
